A note from Celia
I am Celia Morgan and I'm running for Arlington City Council District 5. I'm a paralegal, a History Pre-Law major at the University of Texas at Arlington, a second-generation graduate of Arlington High School, and a mother to the third-generation. Arlington has been my home my whole life. I love our city. I am asking for your support to be your voice at City Hall. Together we can ensure that the dream in our city is achievable to all who call it home.
